Former Bayern Munich midfielder Franck Ribery is close to completing a move to Serie A side Fiorentina.

Ribery declared his parting from Bayern this seasonal after 12 worthwhile periods with the German side.

The Frenchman was one of the keystones of Bayern’s golden era, captivating a total of nine Bundesliga headings as well as six German Cups.

However, keen to board on the first phase in his profession, Ribery selected to leave the Bavarians resulting at the end of his contract this summer.
